FAQ

What are your suncatchers made of?

Everything in the shop is made from acrylic. It’s lightweight, holds color well and is much harder to break than glass. It can scratch if you rub it with rough materials, so we suggest a soft cloth and a little mild soap for cleaning.

Will I really see rainbows in my room?

Often, but it depends on your window. Direct sun is what throws color, so south- and west-facing windows tend to do best. On cloudy days or in shaded rooms you’ll see little or none, and the pattern moves as the sun does.

How do I hang a suncatcher?

Most window pieces hang from a cord or a small suction cup. Pick a clean, smooth spot on the glass in direct light. If you have a heavy piece, use a hook or the window frame rather than relying on suction alone.

Can I personalize a suncatcher?

Yes, the personalized category is for that. You can add a name or a short word. Check the product page for character limits and options, and double-check spelling before ordering, since each piece is made to your text.

Are the car charms safe to hang in a car?

They’re light and meant for the rearview mirror, but keep them short enough that they don’t block your view or swing into anything. Take one down if it blocks your sightline. Heat can affect acrylic, so avoid leaving it against hot surfaces.

Where do you ship from?

Our team is based in Vietnam, and orders are prepared there. Shipping times and costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Personalized items may need extra time to make before they ship.

How should I clean my suncatcher?

Wipe it with a soft microfiber cloth, dampened with water and a drop of mild soap if needed. Skip glass cleaners with ammonia, alcohol or abrasive pads, since they can cloud or scratch acrylic. Dry it gently afterward.
